Hi, I’m Paul Duxbury. I own and run “Double Glazing Repairs.” With over 40 years in the double glazing industry and having outlived our 10-year double glazing guarantee four times, I can say I’m pretty experienced in what I do. Many people will know me better for Pro-fix Windows, which I owned and ran until April 2023 with my son, Adam Duxbury. Adam took over Pro-fix Windows as his own business and continues its huge success, maintaining its outstanding reputation for high-quality windows and doors, and as a trusted installer for the superior Rock composite door range. Pro-fix Windows was established in 1995 and continues to run 29 years later, which is pretty good for a window company. 

The window repair market has always had a huge void of untrained people attempting to fix windows and often making them worse. Many people are pushed down the DIY route while window companies are too busy to take on remedial work and simply try to sell you new windows. I decided to fill this void with a business that is honest, reliable, and carries over 40 years of double glazing repair experience.
